Conveniently situated 20 minutes South of Castries, the Island's Capital City, 40 minutes South of Pigeon Island National Park and 55 minutes North of the majestic Pitons (a United Nations World Heritage site), Villa Marigot is a romantic and unique "Home away from Home"!

Built in 1995 around a mature and lush garden, our Villa was designed to reflect the delightful mix of the island's rich French and English Colonial heritage while keeping an accent on laid-back Caribbean comfort.

Villa Marigot is a 2-story building located on a 15,000 square feet lot - which is part of an acre of land for you to enjoy! The Villa offers 5,600 square feet of living space which includes 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (6 full, one half), 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 huge terraces offering a breathtaking view of Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea... and plenty of utlity spaces for gardening tools and pool equipment!

Each of The Villa's 6 modern and spacious bedrooms is appointed with a 10-foot high ceiling (for the wonderful light!), private bathroom, hair dryer, ceiling fan and maintenance free PVC patio doors and windows. 

The property is fully serviced with High Speed Internet, 110 & 220 volt electrical outlets, Cable TV, 2 phone lines, water (plus an 8,000 gallon emergency tank under the Villa) and a septik tank connected to a soak away.

High above Marigot Bay, the Villa commands not only a fabulous view but also benefits from a continual natural cool mountain breeze. Even if there is screens in every doors and windows, there is really no need for air-conditioners and no fear of any mosquitoes.

But don't worry if you don't feel like going down to the Bay... You might just want to stay home and enjoy a dip in your warm and romantic 13' x 26' swimming pool!
